Hi folks! 19.0.0 fixes bug 1584321 which should help us avoid a constant shuffle of modifying static scopes. It does have some changes required as described in the release notes.

Blocks: 1574666

Made config changes as described, rolled out v19 to communitytc and stage. All communitytc workloads report OK status.
