At the moment, ui for the separate default engine in private mode, assumes we're running in normal mode, with private mode.
We should figure out if we want to change the UI if we're in permanent private browsing mode or not.
This could affect things such as preferences display, right-click context menu for search one-offs, private browsing introduction popup.

Just discussed with Mike Connor, and he's already discussed this with UX. The answer is that the permanent private browsing UX says "<app> will use he same settings as private browsing", so for now, we're going to leave the UI as it is, and maybe in future we'll do this rework for permanent private browsing mode.
