Verified on Windows Pro 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS and macOS Catalina 10.15 on FF 71.0b6 (20191031113544) that the Device settings link redirected the user to about:preferences, more exactly to "about:preferences?entrypoint=fxa_discoverability_native#sync" which also includes the entrypoint (see Device Settings gif). Could you confirm this is the expected result?
