I'm not sure what this requires of workers -- perhaps just privileged
? If so, we could either add an additional worker pool in community-tc-config, or just enable privileged on the existing proj-taskcluster/ci
worker pool.

Adding the privileged capability to the worker pool sounds good to me. Where is it configured?
