Inline styles set on the browser <stack> are not removed after closing RDM, which causes the browser to remain in the state of the previous simulated device.

After talking to @mtigley it seems that In order to reproduce the issue a pref (devtools.responsive.browserUI.enabled) needs to be turned off. In the current state the feature is highly unstable so removing qe+ for now.
