Build times can appear variable, e.g. Linux x64 debug: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perf.html#/graphs?highlightAlerts=1&series=try,1686224,1,2&timerange=1209600

There is a strong correlation between build time and sccache hit rate: https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/queries/65275/source#166136 (those are only jobs for which a similar job run directly before, ignore that if you want)

Additionally tracking build times by sccache hit rate - at least for a hit rate of 1 - would provide less noisy data.
