It's possible the user might change from one DoH server to another. When that happens, we don't clear the TRR cache entries. If DoH servers have different behaviours (give different domains, blocking, etc), it's possible that a cached TRR entry will be used, pointing the user to the wrong IP (from the perspective of the current resolver).

Have you heard anything about Google DoH implemenation not working after 40 minutes in TRR? I could not find any info on this immediately. Though suppose I can reproduce it.
No, we don't have any bugs on that. Please file a different bug with steps to reproduce. Logs are welcome.
