[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox and open the Firefox Account menu.
2.Select “Synced Tabs” option.
[Expected Results]:
The Synced tabs submenu is correctly opened and there are no UI issues displayed.
[Actual Results]:
- Scrollbar flicker appears while opening the submenu.
- This issue reproduces for all 3 FxA states.
[Additional Notes]:
- I am attaching a video.
