User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0
Steps to reproduce:
Nothing, text seems to highlight randomly, maybe sometimes after short periods of inactivity.
Actual results:
Text (and icons?) become randomly highlighted in green or pink. The highlighting does not affect functionality or firefox, and doesn't seem to break anything. After a couple of refreshes, the highlighting typically goes away. Attached is a screenshot of the issue on my email inbox.

Have this bug daily. For a while I thought that I had a virus. Only affects windows OS. Linux doesn't have this bug on my machine. My laptop at work has the same error as well. Seems to be linked to my account or theme? I've uninstalled all add-ons and reinstalled one by one. Seems to not be add-on dependent.

To be clear, you see effects the same as the screenshot attached to this bug? The hardware (gpu) on the laptop at work is different? If you goto about:config and toggle the pref gfx.webrender.all and restart your browser, do you still get the problems?
