Use IsProcessorFeaturePresent(PF_ARM_V8_CRYPTO_INSTRUCTIONS_AVAILABLE) to detect CPU features. (all released win64/aarch64 devices are Snapdragon 8xx series, so I think that all devices will return true by IsProcessorFeaturePresent(PF_ARM_V8_CRYPTO_INSTRUCTIONS_AVAILABLE).
