We used the browser-instrumentation job (added in Bug 1376546) to track XUL/XBL usage in tree. Now that XBL is gone, I think it'd be a good time to remove it. We may want something similar in the future for tracking other frontend stuff, but I doubt it will be exactly the same, and we can always re-add it if the need arises.
