The full installer window isn't resizable, so it has a minimum resolution that it can support, and when opened on a smaller screen parts of the window will be cut off. That's expected and not really a bug worth addressing. The problem is that, if the resolution is changed while the window is opened, it doesn't repaint correctly. The resulting window is usable, but not exactly polished looking. Screenshot attached.
