As a user viewing a sec-approval commit I want to know that the commit title and summary I am viewing are the substitute commit title and summary, not the revision's original title and summary.

Notes:

  • Lando API publishes data with each revision to indicate that an alternate title and summary are in use
  • Use an icon, like 🔒 or ℹ, beside the title to notify the user that an alternative information source is being used.
  • A tooltip should provide more information about the notification.
