Crap, that's because of the GCP migration[1]. There are some requirements for installing unsquashfs. I documented it in bug 1447263 comment 16.
I don't know how to install a package on the GCP workers. Do you know what procedure is, Mihai?

Ah yeah, xdelta3 is somehow mandatory (bug 1493053 comment 1 - I've never gotten the bottom of it). For reference, the AWS worker ended up using it correctly in bug 1453026.
