Hardware report job requires read+write access to telemetry-public-analysis-2. I'll be moving it to run on Dataproc via Airflow.

No, this is a different job[1] using the same bucket.
I was under impression we're going to use specific connections per job for accessing s3, let me know if that's not correct.

We should reuse when possible. Would you like me to rename the wtmo connection?
