When on watching a youtube video in fullscreen, and closing the tab via the Ctrl+W shortcut, the whole browser stays in fullscreen without the ability to return to normal(aka F11)

Steps to reproduce:
Went on youtube. Any video. play it in fullscreen. if you hit Ctrl+W to close the tab, the tab closes but the whole browser stayed in fullscreen mode, and can't return to normal (non-fullscreen) mode unless I force close firefox.
Actual results:

Expected results:
tab should close, quitting the fullscreen mode. It used to do that in all firefox versions untill version 70
