I am using Mozilla 1.1beta (ID: 2002072104) and the following (simple) page at: http://haldjas.folklore.ee/rl/pubte/ee/vanad/eisen/7mooses/iii.html scrolls unnaturally slowly. I suspect that the two last CSS entries [@ http://haldjas.folklore.ee/rl/pubte/ee/vanad/eisen/7mooses/seitse.css ] which specify 'z-index: 10' are the guilty ones. Note that Eric Meyer's quite fancy complexspiral demo scrolls without any delay.

Nope, it's the 'background-attachment : fixed;' that makes it scroll bad. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 90198 ***
