1590981 - Make browsers which will be diagnosed selectable

Now, we diagnosis with browsers of major browsers and major versions that we selected though, we should make users can select the browsers.
In this bug, we will do the followings:

• Show pref screen for this compatibility panel
• Make the browsers selectable on the pref screen
