For whatever reason, you might want to create an address book with a database name of your choice, by calling
MailServices.ab.newAddressBook("Delete Me", "jsaddrbook://deleteme.sqlite", 101);
The second argument is ignored and the file is still called abook-1.sqlite or whatever. The prefs record the URI you passed, which is misleading but ultimately I don't think ldap_2.servers.DeleteMe.uri is used for anything anyway.
This isn't a major problem but it should be fixed.

I'm going to ignore this for now, as Mork has the same behaviour. Here's the culprit: https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/3979888eb7841cb8774d099c087c12d0a44c1965/mailnews/addrbook/src/nsAbBSDirectory.cpp#179
