Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://www.lemonde.fr/international/live/2019/10/19/brexit-suivez-en-direct-le-vote-des-deputes-de-la-chambre-des-communes-sur-l-accord-johnson_6016164_3210.html
- When scrolling down, there are some "event blocks" that don't look right (e.g.

and then nothing) - Turning off Tracking protections make the tweets available.
Expected results
I can see the video, or at least I can see that something was blocked because of tracking protection, and I can disable it to access the content (something like "play to click" on Flash content for example)
