User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
Go to this website
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OECD
and open reader mode
Actual results:
Reader mode has a horizontal scrollbar. During scrolling vertically, I accidentally scroll horizontally which messes up the alignment of the text. Sometimes the text gets hidden behind the sidebar of the reader mode.
Expected results:
No horizontal scroll like in Safari.

This needs some work to make the tables center on the column if they're too wide. Unsure if there's a straightforward way to do that with just CSS...

Reproducible on Firefox 70 on macOS. There is a horizontal scroll bar implemented but it doesn't show until the browser is minimized; text gets overlapped as mentioned in STR. Issue fixed on latest beta(98.0b2) and latest Nightly 99.0a1.
