This meta is for organizational purposes and covers the span of work necessary in mozilla-central for the successful integration of the Glean SDK for the FOGotype project.

So, things like integrating Glean SDK crates into the m-c build tree, finding a place for the integration layer crate to live, and actually writing the integration layer crate and its integration with C++ land for things like init.
