I have a startpage set up on my local running Apache with my most used links.
One of these is a link to my bookmark file.

I load my start page via Apache like this:
http://127.0.0.1/index.html

The link to my bookmark file looks like this: 
<a href="file:///home/sascha/bookmarks.html" target="_blank">Bookmarks</a>

This works as intended with Opera, but not with Mozilla...

When I click on the link, nothing happens. If I copy&paste the link's address
via the context menu to a new Mozilla window, it works perfectly...

I had a look in Bugzilla and found some bgs relating to this, but none of these
describes my problem.
