Also reproduces on Linux + Intel.
Can you update to Intel 10.18.10.5100 driver, "Date: 1/10/2020" and see if this helps? Your current 10.18.10.5069 driver is from 2018.
Yes it works fine on Intel 10.18.10.5100 in Windows
On Linux black dot still appears (Latest Firefox Nightly)
Update
Excuse me
I rebooted Windows 10 and on the latest driver (10.18.10.5100) black dot still appears
