Details

As part of working out the correct route for being able to update search add-ons, we should have some sort of outline as to what we're trying to achieve and how. This will make it easier to discuss between teams etc.

Iteration: 72.1 - Oct 21 - Nov 3 → 72.2 - Nov 4 - 17
Iteration: 72.2 - Nov 4 - 17 → 72.3 - Nov 18 - Dec 1

I did an initial draft a while ago, and I have just revised it. I've sent it out for review, but for now I'm calling this done.
