Sadly the relevant changes needed for SeaMonkey were not included in Bug 1471326.
Fairly simple change for comm-esr68
Also need to backport whole patch for 2.57 and 2.53

Could you check it in. Don't yet have a 68 repo 

Do we need to do anything here for 2.53.1 and possible 2.57 or is caldav support all we need?
