Scratchpad was removed as part of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1519103.
We can move the bugzilla module to the graveyard.

Hi Nicolas, before we can graveyard a component all bugs must be closed. Please close them or let us know if you want us to sliently mass close them.

Hello Israel.

I reviewed the list of Scratchpad bugs, moved a few ones and closed the other ones.
Is there anything else I should before we can move the module to the graveyard?
