What happened

YouTube live streaming is janky and sometimes the image would freeze completely.

What did you expect

Smooth live streaming and not frozen frames.

We investigated this and it seems to be caused by some third-party code that is loaded by the website hosting the YouTube-hosted-live-streaming content and not YouTube itself. In particular, it appears to come from ZenDesk. We are going to update this to p3 responsiveness.
