User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

Click on add on icon in toolbar.

Actual results:

Blank, truncated space pops up.

Expected results:

Add on menu should pop up. This happens with all add ons. If I move the add on to the overfill bar then the menu properly comes up, but not if it's on the toolbar. This happens in both FF 70 and also previous and up to FF 72 Nightly.

More Info that I posted in bug 1566937

Just wanted to comment as I posted bug 1592522, reading on here looks like apz.allow.zooming is the culprit. If I have it set to true then I get the blank blob on the addon menu, if I set it to false then it works normally. This is an issue because I use Firefox on my Surface Pro so I need the touch zooming feature, that's really the only reason I decided to go back to Firefox over other browsers.
