Usecase from drno: The Chrome folks announced that they are going to put a enterprise policy around mDNS. The idea is that enterprise network can provision a white list of domains for which the browser disables the mDNS feature. I was approached last week if we could launch with the same thing. The use case: apparently are company internal all hands streaming, where people are just watching, so recvonly. Which triggers mDNS, because the consumers don't turn on their mic/cam. And because of mDNS not working in their big enterprise networks they can't share the all hands video feed among the browsers any more.

This adds a whitelist of domains for which mDNS hostname obfuscation is
disabled. The implementation is an updated version of the old screensharing
whitelist code.

The new test should have been disabled on Android. I'll reland pending this try job: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=02ba7944b506463fb6b4be5feb1a60aa86ade4d2

I'm adding a pref policy in 1588183
once Chrome has a name for the official policy, I'll add that as well.
