If a new browser window covers the password manager dialog box, you can't
interact with the dialog box. The buttons and text fields don't seem to work.
You can, however, access the dialog box if you switch out of Mozilla and back in
again. I've seen this problem in previous builds (including the release build)
before...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open up a site that requires the password manager
2. open a new window
3. open the window with the password manager dialog box.

Actual Results:  The dialog is unresponsive.

Expected Results:  The dialog should be, uh, responsive.  :-)

Glenn, how do you spawn a new window when the password sheet is displayed? The
menubar items become disabled when the sheet is displayed.

Either:

1> Open up another window while a password protected window is still downloading
or (what happens most often for me):

2> Opening another window from an external source (like the Finder or an eMail
app.) (Isn't there a preference for opening a new window or reuse the old one
somewhere? I can't find it in a cursory search)
