Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Go to about:preferences#privacy and from Custom section un-check all items expect for "Fingerprinters".
  3. Go to https://www.expedia.com/
  4. Observe "Sign Up, It's Free!" section.

Expected result

  • "Sign Up" section should be displayed.

Actual result

Fingerprinters Blocked

  • pixel.mathtag.com
  • sync.mathtag.com

This appears to be the result of A/B testing. If I revisit the page multiple times with a clean profile I sometimes get the sign-up request and sometimes don't. The fingerprinting blocking feature does not seem to impact that.
