Steps to reproduce:

I started Firefrow from the icon

Actual results:

Firefox takes more tahn 15 sec to strart

Expected results:

1 or 2 sec befor starting

Widows seven home premium 64 bit sp1
Intel core i5 3570K
SSD Samsung
Bitdefender version 2019

I tried to replicate the issue using windows7 64bit and the latest firefox release 70.0.1
but it launches right away. The machine is really old too and doesnt have an SSD.

Please download the latest Firefox Nightly release from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

If you still have the issue please create a new profile, you have the steps here:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

Lastly test if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:

Report : I downloaded and tested Nighly relase: The speed is prefect 2 sec max to start but have loosen all may bookmarks.
What can I do know ?

Can you explain what is not resolved about it? You said that startup time on Nightly was fine.

We solved the issue with Geckzone this morning;
