Details

A user reported https://firefox-storage-test.glitch.me/ reporting a cache API error that the debug log details indicated was a fetch network error. This might be tracking protection or something like that. Whatever it is, we should return a better state like "Probably Good: Tracking protection intervened on opaque no-cors fetch." if that's what's going on.
