Steps to reproduce:
As a developer, I almost always have the "Network: Disable Cache" setting checked. I would really benefit from the ability to have more granular control over which assets are and aren't cached. For example:
1. Disable cache only for assets that are served from my domain (or a given domain).
2. Disable cache for only a single file.
3. Disable cache for a certain type of file.
A setting like this could greatly speed up development time and reduce lots of uneeded network traffic.
