1593231 - Sometimes a notification disappearing can cause dataloss

I've had this a few times, though I can't always get exact STR.

The basic idea is:

1. Do something which creates a green notification, e.g. sign-in.
2. Hit the create collection button as soon as you're signed in.
3. Enter a name, and start scrolling down
4. Try and create it

At this stage you'll sometimes get an error because the field you just put the collection name in has been reset to empty.

I've had similar with deleting a record, then creating a new one quickly.

I think it might be to do with if the field you've just entered the text in and have focus on happens to be scrolled out of view when the notification goes away.

I cannot reproduce this error with the current main branch code. Even created a selenium test to do it faster than my fingers can move but it doesn't happen. Can anybody reproduce this bug?
