OK, I filed:
- https://github.com/mozilla/community-tc-config/pull/82
- https://github.com/mozilla/rust-code-analysis/pull/23
on the assumption this is part of relman. I may be completely off-base :)
Next steps would be:
- Enable the new GitHub app (just done in bug 1594010)
- land the community-tc-config PR and apply it
- close/open the rust-code-analysis PR to make sure it works
- land it
- update repo settings to require "Community-TC" rather than "Taskcluster" before merging a PR
