Gecko Nightlies run automatically via cron.yml but we have hooks that sheriffs use for triggering them, existing hooks are at:

New hooks will be named slightly differently, but my goal is to create similar ones to what we already have (and make it easier to add new manual ones if necessary)

I'm not generating oak entries because oak is currently poised to build nightlies on-push rather than via cron.
