Details

Due to permission problems (bug 1591884), I can't add the Glean team as an owner to the crates right now.

I can add individuals though.
crates.io uses GitHub for accounts and auth flow.
You still need to create an account once, so I can add everyone as owners.

Just go to crates.io/login, login using GitHub and clear your ni? here, I then add you as owners.
