We would like to extend the expanded status by 2px from the current one. That will overlap surrounding elements just a little bit. There's a few things to fix in this state (contextual identity underline, drag&drop indicators).

I spoke to mdeboer about this, and we agreed that since the megabar is preffed off now, we should just land this change and handle resulting issues (contextual identity, drag n drop) in followups.
