Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Use a new firefox profile.
- Spin up a SOCK5 proxy locally (ssh -D 8080 server).
- Setup firefox network setting with SOCK5 proxy of 127.0.0.1 8080.
- Browse to any domain name (may need to do it to two tabs).
- Firefox becomes unresponsive and CPU usage is 100%.
Bonus: Same thing also happens if the FoxyProxy addon is used.

Also occurs on 18.04.
