Steps to reproduce:
Tried to reach the lower entries in a "Select" field.
Actual results:
If the "Select" fields contain several entries, then the lower entries can no longer be reached. The height of the "Select" field is fixed and the scroll fader does not appear or does not work properly. On every website with original HTML "select" and "option" tags.
Could you provide an example?

I think this is the sort of problem where if it were happening for everybody, we'd be getting tons of bug reports rather than just this one. So the question is: why is this happening to you?
Do you have any unusual OS settings that might be relevant, especially related to scrollbars? Do you have an unusual screen size or monitor configuration (perhaps multiple monitors in an interesting way)? Anything else that you think might be relevant?

I think this is a dupe of bug 1391627. Bug 1420845 has some theories about what may be going wrong.

Thank you, that seems to be the reason. I have two monitors. An iMac (Retina 5K, 27 inch, 2019, 5120x2880) and a Fujitsu SL23T-1 LED (1920x1080). Everything works on the iMac, but not on the Fujitsu. Everything worked fine before the new Firefox update.

Oh, that's interesting. If you have time, could you run mozregression to see when it stopped working?
