Expected Results: Vertical scroll bar should appear on browser window
What I got: Image is repositioned over absolute: positioned div which has a
specified height of "800px". The height of the div should invoke vertical
scroll bars on window but doesn't.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open test case
2) Red dot is positioned over green div. No vertical scroll bars are present
until the user resizes the browser window.
