We should decommission the service that writes telemetry ping data direct to parquet, after we've either migrated all users to other data sources or replaced this data with bigquery views (bug 1594783).

No more blockers here, and I sent a message to fx-data-dev today announcing the change, so we are good to turn off d2p.
