Details

We have reduced retention of heka data to 30 days, but there are still some uses that rely on this short-term data. We need to migrate the remaining use cases to unblock complete deletion.

We are aware of:

  • A few scheduled jobs on Databricks
  • Amplitude jobs
  • mozaggregator
No longer blocks: 1593872

All canonical heka-protobuf data (aside from pioneer, which is not scheduled for deletion) has been deleted. Any remaining heka data would be in downstream analysis buckets that are scheduled for deletion before the year is out.
