159491 - Red XML slices under status bar after started

Description

[Song Lining]

After a customized installation(actually I selected all the default components)
of the chinese version 1.1b I saw two lines of big red xml slices under the
status bar of the browser(it occupied more than 1/4 of the height of the full
screen, also occured on every components' GUI such as mail, download manager, etc). 

I think it's the xml used for XUL to layout the GUI but I haven't digged into that.

is it something like the following?

if so, then this is a dupe of 130331
