1595021 - subfolders don't appear after expanding parent folder under IMAP

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. launch Seamonkey mail
2. Get Msg of my Gmail IMAP account that has folders and subfolders
3. open a folder in left box
4. look at subfolder list in left box

Actual results:

only top level and first sublevel is show

Expected results:

show top level, and all sublevels shown

closing and reopening the top level folder, sometimes solve the 3th level not shown

opened when Seamonkey was Mozilla Mail, but recently was closes as worksforme as it does not apply to Thunderbird
