After bug 1593084 landed, Localization and Internationalization documents have disappeared from the sidebar and the landing page. That makes them really hard to discover.

Also, if you browse to one of the pages, there's no way to understand which sections are available, since TOC is not displayed anymore in the sidebar. See for example
