Looks like I needed to login to some mozilla ci thing that was separate from the login at the top right of tree herder: after I tried to use Add new jobs (search) I was redirected to that login and then I was able to retrigger.

As Perf sheriffs, we can no longer rettrigger, nor backfill. We're basically blocked and cannot perform any perf investigations, until this gets resolved.
I've followed Timothy's steps from comment 1, but without any success.
For example, retriggering this T(g1) talos job throws a console error on Google Chrome or a Wrong version of actions.json to continue popup notification on Firefox.
Backfilling it throws the following error:
Error: `NTYh44fvTXqGLCGX-mQwsg` does not correspond to a task that exists.
Are you sure this task has already been submitted?

Requiring a custom action causes the same browser console error and the dialog freezes with the Getting available actions... message.

For this task specifically, you're reaching back across the Nov 9 cut-over boundary to re-run an old task in the new deployment. I wouldn't expect this to work unless bug 1595381 is fixed. Dupe?

I was trying to retrigger on a push that happened after the new deployment, so it seems the dupeing was incorrect.
