Second step https://github.com/mozilla/community-tc-config/pull/107. I'll need someone to copy the secrets from the old Taskcluster deployment to the new one.

Third step will be https://github.com/mozilla/libmozevent/pull/10, once bug 1595465 is fixed.

I think this relies on Callek finding the old secret value.
